Payment in Full/Return/Refund Policy

Quilts by Danielle is dedicated to creating quality products. Quilts by Danielle communicates the steps involved in the quilt making process. Customers are shown all the steps taken before Quilts by Danielle begins the quilt making process.

Customers must Pay in Full at the time of purchase. Payment In Full gives Quilts by Danielle and the customer the permission and acknowledgement to cut apparel/fabric provided by the customer. The customer will be notified prior to the cutting of apparel/fabric that is provided by the customer. The customer is in full agreement of the Payment In Full policy at the time of the order.

Refunds will occur if the customer requests a refund prior to the cutting of apparel/fabric. There is no refund after Quilts by Danielle begins cutting apparel/fabric.

Quilts by Danielle is not responsible for cutting apparel/fabric once customer has agreed to the Payment in Full terms. Quilts by Danielle cannot sew, reconstruct, or return apparel/fabric in original condition once the cutting process has begun.

Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
